Hair Imperial specialises in premium raw hair and luxury custom-made wigs.

Because many of our products are handcrafted and customised, slight variations may occur between individual units. Natural variations in colour, texture, curl pattern and appearance may also occur with raw hair. These variations are part of the nature of genuine raw hair and should not automatically be considered a defect.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and videos accurately represent our products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Custom-made wigs are created according to the specifications selected or provided by the customer. These may include cap size, lace type, length, density, hair texture, colour, styling, hairline customisation, parting and other personalised requests.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications and order details submitted are correct before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not always be possible. Where changes can be accommodated, additional charges and/or additional production time may apply.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and Hair Imperial has accepted the order.

For custom orders, production timelines begin only after all required information, measurements and payments have been received. Customers should carefully review their order confirmation and notify us as soon as possible if any information appears incorrect.

Hair Imperial is committed to providing premium-quality hair and craftsmanship at prices that reflect the quality of our products.

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Additional charges may apply for special customisation, colouring, styling, expedited production, international delivery or other additional services requested by the customer.

Full payment may be required before an order is processed or production begins unless Hair Imperial has expressly agreed to another payment arrangement.

Where deposits or instalment payments are accepted, the applicable payment terms will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Custom production will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Each Hair Imperial custom unit is prepared with care and attention to detail. Estimated production times will be communicated when an order is placed.

Production times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During periods of high demand, promotional periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control, production may take longer than originally estimated. Where possible, we will communicate significant delays to affected customers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Hair Imperial will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by the courier, customs authorities, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside Hair Imperial's control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are separate from the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Due to hygiene considerations and the personalised nature of many of our products, custom-made wigs and customised hair products are generally not eligible for return or exchange simply because of a change of mind.

Products that have been worn, altered, cut, coloured, bleached, washed, installed, styled or otherwise modified after delivery may not be eligible for return.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact Hair Imperial within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs, videos or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where Hair Imperial confirms that an error or genuine defect occurred on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Raw hair is a natural product and no two bundles or units will necessarily be completely identical.

Minor differences in natural colour, wave or curl pattern, strand thickness, texture and behaviour after washing may occur.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects provided that the product supplied is consistent with the quality and description of the item purchased.

Bleaching, colouring, heat styling and chemical processing can affect the condition and lifespan of any human hair product.

Hair Imperial cannot guarantee the outcome of chemical services carried out by customers or third parties after delivery. We strongly recommend that significant colouring, bleaching or chemical processing is carried out by an experienced professional.

Damage resulting from improper colouring, bleaching, excessive heat, chemical processing or unsuitable hair-care products will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

The longevity of your Hair Imperial unit depends significantly on how it is maintained. Customers should follow the care recommendations provided with their order.

Hair Imperial cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, inappropriate products, incorrect storage, rough handling or third-party alteration.

Orders should be cancelled as soon as possible if a customer no longer wishes to proceed.

Because custom units are made specifically for each customer, cancellation may no longer be possible once sourcing, colouring, construction or customisation has begun.

Where work has already commenced, deposits, customisation fees or other costs already incurred may be non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer law.

Promotional codes, discounts and special offers are subject to their individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively, promotional items may be subject to limited availability, and Hair Imperial may withdraw or amend promotions where permitted by law.

All content displayed by Hair Imperial, including photographs, videos, graphics, branding, website content, product descriptions and original creative materials, remains the property of Hair Imperial unless otherwise stated.

Our content may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

Where customers voluntarily send photographs, videos, reviews or testimonials to Hair Imperial, we will not use identifiable customer content for promotional purposes without the permissions required by applicable law or otherwise agreed with the customer.

Where consent has been provided, customers may request that future use of their content be discontinued by contacting us.

Hair Imperial reserves the right to refuse, cancel or investigate an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment activity, misuse of promotions or other unlawful activity.

To the extent permitted by law, Hair Imperial will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, misuse or alteration of our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Personal information provided to Hair Imperial will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

Hair Imperial may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version displayed on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
